Before joining GlobalMac iT, Samuel was a Field Technician in Apple Support within the education sector. He was recognized for his mentorship, customer service, and dedication to professionalism. His professional approach is evident in all his work.

Samuel’s extensive expertise in MacOS, iOS, and MDM (Mobile Device Management) positions him uniquely to assist our clients in tackling their IT projects. He leverages this knowledge to develop and implement strategic solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer System Administration along with JAMF and ACMT certifications, Samuel is dedicated to continuous learning, with plans to expand his certifications into Cybersecurity and Networking.

Outside work, Samuel enjoys family time, music, video games, and is active in his local church.
