Austin is a Help Desk Agent II at GlobalMac iT, where he’s spent over seven years tackling everything from tech troubleshooting to managing live event audio-visuals, starting his career with a stint at Hewlett Packard Enterprises.

Known as the “Difusser,” Austin has a knack for calming tense situations with humor, making complex IT issues feel simple. He’s passionate about demystifying tech speak, breaking it down into plain English for anyone to understand. A firm believer in the power of learning, Austin loves both teaching and being taught, making every interaction a chance to exchange knowledge.

Away from the tech scene, Austin’s life is full of activity. He’s an avid gamer and disc golfer, often competing in local tournaments with his family. A musician at heart, he rocks out on drums and vocals, whether it’s laying down tracks in the studio or performing live. At home, Austin and his wife are devoted dog parents to two huskies, and if it were up to her, they’d have many more.
